5. Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Many FALINLOVE products are personalized, embroidered, monogrammed, or otherwise made specifically according to the information and options selected by the customer.

When ordering a personalized product, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before submitting your order, including but not limited to:

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Dates

  • Wording

  • Spelling

  • Font selections

  • Thread colors

  • Embroidery placement

  • Product colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Other personalization options

We will normally produce personalized products according to the information submitted with your order.

If the customer provides incorrect personalization information and the product is made according to that information, the product will not normally qualify for a free replacement, return, exchange, or refund.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally considered final sale, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by FALINLOVE.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Product or material unavailability

Because personalized orders may enter production shortly after purchase, requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to modify or cancel the order.

Once customization, embroidery, manufacturing, or production has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated during your shopping experience.

Prices may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Because personalized and custom-made products are produced specifically for individual customers, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color or style selected by the customer

  • Incorrect spelling or personalization information supplied by the customer

  • Personal preference where the product was made according to the order submitted

However, if an item is damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, incorrectly personalized due to an error by us, or otherwise subject to rights under applicable consumer protection law, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
